Three Layer Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 34 c whipped margarine
  • 14 c Crisco
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 c flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Cream margarine and Crisco until fluffy
  2. Add sugar gradually Cream for 10 minutes
  3. Add eggs one at a time
  4. Add flour and milk alternately
  5. Add vanilla beat for 1 minute after last addition
  6. Bake at 325 until brown
  7. Cool frost with White Cake Icing
