Three Layer Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 34 c whipped margarine
- 14 c Crisco
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 4 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream margarine and Crisco until fluffy
- Add sugar gradually Cream for 10 minutes
- Add eggs one at a time
- Add flour and milk alternately
- Add vanilla beat for 1 minute after last addition
- Bake at 325 until brown
- Cool frost with White Cake Icing
