TigerS Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 c melted light chocolate melt over hot water from faucet in double boiler
  • 12 c smooth peanut butter
  • 1 c melted white summer coating melt over hot water from faucet in double boiler

Directions

  1. Mix thoroughly by hand the melted white summer coating and peanut butter in a small bowl
  2. Add the melted light chocolate to that mixture and stir slightly
  3. Pour into a wax paper lined pan approximately 10-inch square and use a table knife to stir pretty swirls of the dark and light mixtures to give a marbelized effect
  4. Let set at room temperature until solid
  5. Cut into squares and serve as you would fudge or roll into balls and use as centers in a bonbon mold
