Tijuana Pie
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground meat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 12 oz bag Doritos
- 2 12 c Cheddar cheese grated
Directions
- Brown ground meat and season to taste
- Mix together soups beans tomatoes and tomato sauce
- Heat to mix well
- Grease casserole dish and using a third of each ingredient layer chips meat soup mixture and cheese
- Continue to layer until all ingredients are used
- Be sure cheese is on top
- Heat until cheese is melted
- Serves 8
