Toasted Coconut Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 12 c sugar
- 12 c melted butter
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 3 12 oz coconut
- 12 c pecans
- 1 9-inch pie shell deep dish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Thoroughly combine eggs sugar butter lemon juice and vanilla
- Stir in coconut and nuts
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 50 minutes
