Ingredients

  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 12 c melted butter
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 3 12 oz coconut
  • 12 c pecans
  • 1 9-inch pie shell deep dish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Thoroughly combine eggs sugar butter lemon juice and vanilla
  3. Stir in coconut and nuts
  4. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 50 minutes
