Toasted Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 c pecans
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 Tbsp melted butter

Directions

1. Measure pecans in a small bowl
2. Mix vinegar and sugar pour over pecans and stir to coat thoroughly
3. Let stand 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes
4. Place pecans in a shallow baking dish and bake in a 300 oven for 10 minutes
5. Add melted butter to pecans stir and allow to bake for another 5 minutes
