Toasted Pecans
Ingredients
- 14 c sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 c pecan halves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the pecans in a saucepan Bring to boil over medium heat and boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly
- Stir in pecans quickly
- Spread on a cookie sheet Bake at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Let cool and break apart
- Store in an airtight container
