Toasted Walnut MadeleinesDessert

Ingredients
- 2 oz walnuts
- 1 c unsalted butter at room temperature
- 12 c sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp Amaretto
- 14 c heavy cream
- 14 tsp almond extract
- 1 13 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Toast walnuts on baking sheet in oven until lightly browned 5 to 7 minutes
- Set aside to cool
- Butter miniature muffin molds and place in refrigerator
