Toffee Refrigerator Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 c crushed graham crackers
- 2 pkg French vanilla instant pudding
- 12 c margarine melted
- 2 c milk
- 1 qt vanilla ice cream
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- 2 to 3 Butterfinger candy bars
Directions
- Mix crackers and margarine
- Press 23 cup of cracker mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
- Prepare pudding with 2 cups milk add softened ice cream and blend until smooth
- Pour over crust Put in the freezer until set
- Remove and spread Cool Whip on the top
- Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top and crushed Butterfinger bars
