Tomato-Topped Chicken And Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz bag herb seasoned cubed stuffing
- 2 c water
- 1 Tbsp margarine or butter melted
- 13 c milk
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves 1 12 lb
- 1 medium tomato cut into 6 slices
Directions
- Crush 12 cup stuffing
- In small bowl combine crushed stuffing and margarine
- Set aside
- In a 3-quart saucepan over high heat heat water to boiling
- Remove from heat add remaining stuffing
- Toss to mix well
