Tomato Lemon Bisque

Ingredients

• 3 10 Cans Diced Tomatoes
• 3-4 Large Diced Onions
• 1 Bunch Diced Celery
• 2 qts Cream
• 1 14 lb Butter
• 1 Tbsp Coriander
• 12 Tbsp White Pepper
• 1 12 Tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1 Cup White Wine
• 12 Cup Lemon Juice

1. Cook the first 3 ingredients for 45 minutes Blend together and add the rest
