Tomato Pie
Ingredients
- tomatoes with peeled skins fresh garden grown only
- biscuits already cooked
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- On the bottom of a casserole dish put a layer of tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Then slice biscuits Butter them and layer on top of tomatoes
- Repeat layering tomatoes salt and pepper and biscuits with butter until you put a final layer of buttered biscuits on top
- Place in oven uncovered and cook for 25 to 30 minutes
- Serve hot
