Tomato Rice

Ingredients

• 13 c rice
• 12 pt whipping cream
• 2 c tomatoes canned
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 12 green olives sliced

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in double boiler cover and cook for 2 hours
2. Do not stir
3. Makes 4 servings
