Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 2 12 gal tomato juice
- 1 bunch celery
- 14 to 13 c salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1 to 2 green peppers
- 2 large onions
- 2 c sugar
Directions
- Blend green peppers celery and onions to a pulp in blender add to the tomato juice
- Add everything together bring to a boil
- Simmer for 30 minutes
- Put in bottles to process for 20 minutes
