Tomato Soup Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sifted cake flour
• 1 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 c raisins
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking powder mixed with soup

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar well
2. Sift flour measure and resift 3 times with spices and salt
3. Alternately add dry ingredients with soda mixture
4. Pour into greased loaf or cake pan
5. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes
6. Top with cream icing
