Tomatoes Provencale

Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes
- 3 slices toasted bread
- 12 clove garlic minced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Halve tomatoes and place on cookie sheet
- Crumb toast
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the crumbs
- Pile mixture on tomatoes and broil 5 to 7 minutes
