Tortellini And Spinach Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 qt chicken broth 4 c
- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 12 oz can stewed tomatoes chopped
- 12 10 oz bag spinach stemmed and chopped
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 12 cans milk
- 4 c canned tomato soup
- 1 c consomme
- 14 tsp soy sauce
- 1 egg slightly beaten
Directions
- On top of stove combine soup and consomme bring to a boil Add soy sauce
- Pour in egg and stir constantly for 2 minutes until egg separates into shreds
- Pour and serve
