Tortellini And Spinach Tomato Soup

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 qt chicken broth 4 c
• 9 oz cheese tortellini
• 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
• 14 12 oz can stewed tomatoes chopped
• 12 10 oz bag spinach stemmed and chopped
• 1 tsp dried basil leaves
• 2 cans tomato soup
• 1 12 cans milk
• 4 c canned tomato soup
• 1 c consomme
• 14 tsp soy sauce
• 1 egg slightly beaten

Directions

1. On top of stove combine soup and consomme bring to a boil Add soy sauce
2. Pour in egg and stir constantly for 2 minutes until egg separates into shreds
3. Pour and serve
