Tortilla Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 4 oz can diced green chilies
- 2 14 oz chopped ripe black olives
- 7 to 10 flour tortillas will need less if large size used
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 oz jar pimento chopped
- salsa for dipping
Directions
- Drain chilies and olives
- In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except tortillas
- Spread mixture onto tortillas and roll up jelly roll fashion
- Cover with damp paper towel and plastic wrap to prevent drying out
- Chill for several hours
- To serve slice tortillas into 1-inch segments
- Serve with salsa for dipping
