Toss Salad

Ingredients

• 4 large heads lettuce
• 1 bunch celery
• 1 large onion
• 2 cucumbers
• 2 nice large tomatoes
• 1 16 oz bottle Italian dressing

Directions

1. Wash and break lettuce into bite-size pieces
2. Dice celery Chop onion fine
3. Peel cucumbers if needed dice
4. Mix together just before serving
5. Add dressing
6. Toss to coat
7. Then add diced tomatoes and toss lightly again
8. Serves 50 to 60
