TraceyS Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

• 3 c beef broth
• 1 small potato chopped
• 2 small carrots chopped
• 2 stalks celery chopped
• 2 leeks chopped
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 parsnip chopped
• 1 turnip chopped
• 1 tomato chopped
• 12 c cabbage chopped
• 1 green onion chopped
• 12 tsp seasoned salt
• 1 tsp parsley
• pinch of tarragon
• pinch of thyme
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine broth potato and carrots in soup pot bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes
2. Add rest of ingredients cook on low for 15 minutes or until all ingredients are soft
