TraceyS Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 3 c beef broth
- 1 small potato chopped
- 2 small carrots chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 2 leeks chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 parsnip chopped
- 1 turnip chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 12 c cabbage chopped
- 1 green onion chopped
- 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- pinch of tarragon
- pinch of thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine broth potato and carrots in soup pot bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes
- Add rest of ingredients cook on low for 15 minutes or until all ingredients are soft
