Traditional Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 4 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 12 pt sour cream
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 14 c sugar
Directions
- Let cream cheese sour cream and eggs stand at room temperature
- Blend all ingredients together for at least 15 minutes until mixture is smooth
- Pour into 9-inch greased spring-form pan
- Place pan in larger square pan which is half filled with hot water
- Bake in 375 oven for at least 1 hour until top is golden
- Remove from oven and let cool 1 to 2 hours Refrigerate overnight
