Traveling Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 3 sq semi-sweet chocolate or white chocolate
• 1 34 c pecans broken
• 1 34 c sugar
• 1 c plain flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 sticks margarine

Directions

1. Melt margarine and chocolate in heavy saucepan
2. Add nuts and stir until well coated
