Traveling Wings
Ingredients
- 2 12 lb chicken wings
- 1 c soy sauce
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 c olive oil
- 2 tsp dry mustard or 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 23 c sherry wine or 13 c white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Directions
- For marinade combine soy sauce brown sugar oil mustard wine and rosemary in saucepan
- Bring to boil stir until sugar is dissolved
- Let cool
- Pour marinade over chicken wings
- Cover wings and marinate 3 to 8 hours in a cool place
- Remove from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature 12 hour before cooking
- Bake wings at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes turning and basting occasionally
- Drain wings on paper towels
- Serve hot at parties or chill for road trips fishing trips or picnics Excellent either hot or cold
