Trees And Raisins
Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli cut into small flowerets
- 10 to 12 strips bacon fried crisp and crumbled
- 12 c raisins
- 14 c red onion chopped
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 12 c sunflower seeds optional
Directions
- Cook bacon as directed
- Cut broccoli as directed
- Combine the broccoli bacon raisins and onion in a large bowl
- Blend together the mayonnaise sugar and vinegar
- Pour over broccoli mixture
- Stir to coat well
- Cover and marinate at least 1 hour Before serving add the sunflower seeds if you wish
- Serves 6
