Tremendous Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 12 lb sharp cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Peel and slice the potatoes and add chopped onion
- Simmer in a very small amount of water for 1 minute
- Grate the cheese and combine with mushroom soup
- Add no water
- Alternate layers of sliced potatoes and cheese and soup mixture in greased casserole
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
