Tricolor Ginger Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 18 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 12 lb carrots peeled cut into 4 x 12-inch strips
- 12 lb turnips peeled cut into 4 x 12-inch strips
- 4 c broccoli flowerets
Directions
- In skillet boil 14 cup broth with garlic ginger and pepper flakes until almost all liquid evaporates
- Add vegetables and 34 cup chicken broth cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or just until vegetables are crisp-tender
