Tropical Cherry Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • shredded coconut
  • chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Pour pie filling and crushed pineapple into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan
  2. Mix together and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over fruit mixture
  3. Pat down lightly
  4. Pour melted butter over cake mix sprinkle on layer of chopped pecans as thick as you like and top with layer of coconut as thick as you like
  5. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour
