Tropical Fruit Cake

Ingredients

• 1 lb pitted dates
• 12 lb dry shredded coconut
• 1 c pecans
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 14 c flour
• 14 c candied cherries

Directions

1. Cut dates into thirds add coconut nuts and cherries sprinkled with flour
2. Add milk and mix well
3. Butter loaf pan and dust with flour
