Tropical Turkey Salad
Ingredients
- 6 oz turkey cooked and diced
- 1 c diet pineapple tidbits
- 12 c carrot shredded
- 14 c celery chopped
- 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 14 tsp curry powder
- 18 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Combine first four ingredients in a bowl
- Mix remaining ingredients to use as a dressing for the turkey
- Toss gently Serves 2
