Ingredients

  • 1 lb trout fillets
  • 2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 12 c chopped green pepper
  • 4 oz chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 12 tsp salt optional
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 to 1 lemon sliced

Directions

  1. Place trout in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish
  2. In small bowl combine crumbs onion pepper mushrooms salt and pepper
  3. Spread over fish top with lemon slices
  4. Cover with wax paper Microwave at High 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily Let stand 3 to 5 minutes
