Trout With Lemon Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 lb trout fillets
- 2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 4 oz chopped fresh mushrooms
- 12 tsp salt optional
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 to 1 lemon sliced
Directions
- Place trout in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish
- In small bowl combine crumbs onion pepper mushrooms salt and pepper
- Spread over fish top with lemon slices
- Cover with wax paper Microwave at High 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily Let stand 3 to 5 minutes
