TrudieS Wilted Mustard Greens

Ingredients
- fresh chopped mustard greens homegrown
- green onions chopped
- radishes chopped
- middling meat
Directions
- Fry middling meat and remove from skillet
- Pour most of grease into bowl and reheat skillet until hot
- Add water and this will make a redeye gravy
- Add to bowl of grease
- Pour immediately over chopped vegetables
- Eat with homemade hot biscuits
