Truly Different Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 4 sq unsweetened chocolate
• 2 sticks margarine
• 14 tsp butter flavoring
• 1 12 c chopped pecans
• 1 34 c sugar
• 1 c flour
• 4 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Melt chocolate and margarine in a heavy pan
2. Add butter flavoring and pecans and stir to coat pecans
3. Remove from heat Combine sugar flour eggs and vanilla mix only until blended Do not beat
4. Add chocolate-nut mixture and again mix carefully without beating
5. Pour into 18 baking cups in muffin pans
6. Bake at 325 about 30 to 35 minutes
