Truthahn Brust In Zwiebelrahm SosseTurkey Breast In Onion Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 to 5 slices raw turkey breast 14 to 38-inch thick or chicken breast
• 1 pt whipping cream
• 2 pkg onion soup mix
• 2 to 3 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

1. Set oven at 350
2. Lay turkey slices in shallow baking dish spray with nonstick coating
3. Mix together whipping cream and soup mix pour over turkey
4. Sprinkle with parsley
5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes
6. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes Makes 4 to 5 servings
