TuckS Cow Pies
Ingredients
- 2 c 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp shortening
- 12 c raisins
- 12 c chopped nuts one kind of nuts or mixed
Directions
- In a double boiler over simmering water melt the chocolate chips and shortening stirring until smooth
- Remove from the heat stir in raisins and nuts
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper
- Chill until ready to serve
- Makes 2 dozen
