Tuna-Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 c medium noodles 4 oz
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 14 c chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1 10 34 oz can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 34 c milk
  • 1 9 12 oz can tuna drained and broken into chunks
  • 14 c chopped pimento
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c cooked vegetables optional

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions drain
  2. In a saucepan cook celery and onion in margarine or butter until tender
  3. Stir in soup and milk
  4. Gently stir in tuna and vegetables if desired and the cooked noodles
  5. Transfer to a 1 12-quart casserole Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through
