Tuna-Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 c medium noodles 4 oz
- 1 c chopped celery
- 14 c chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
- 1 10 34 oz can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 34 c milk
- 1 9 12 oz can tuna drained and broken into chunks
- 14 c chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c cooked vegetables optional
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions drain
- In a saucepan cook celery and onion in margarine or butter until tender
- Stir in soup and milk
- Gently stir in tuna and vegetables if desired and the cooked noodles
- Transfer to a 1 12-quart casserole Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through
