Tuna And Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 c 4 oz grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 c cooked noodles
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 12 c sliced ripe olives
- 1 can 2 oz mushrooms
- 1 can 7 oz tuna
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- salt and pepper
- 12 c bread crumbs buttered
- 1 12 c medium white sauce
Directions
- Add cheese to hot white sauce and heat until cheese is melted stir constantly
- Add remaining ingredients
- If necessary add salt and pepper to taste
- Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish
- Top with crumbs
- Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until top is browned and sauce is bubbly
- Serves 6
