Tuna And Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 pkg frozen spinach
- 1 7 oz can tuna fish
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 14 c butter
- 14 c flour
- 2 c milk
- onion salt
- dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 12 c mayonnaise
Directions
- Cook and drain spinach
- Make cream sauce of milk flour and butter
- Season with onion salt dry mustard salt and pepper Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice
- Place tuna fish flaked in 2-quart casserole
- Add 12 of the sauce
- Mix remaining sauce with cooked spinach and pour over tuna
- Top with onion rings and bake in moderate 350 oven for 30 minutes
