Tuna Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 1 c. cottage cheese, drained
• 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 2 cans tuna, drained
• 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp. paprika
• 1 onion, minced
• 1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine cottage and cream cheese.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Add tuna, one can at a time, blending until smooth after each addition.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Chill and serve with crackers.
6. Yields 4 cups.
