Tuna Crunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 7 oz can tuna drained and flaked
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs sliced
  • 1 c cooked peas
  • 12 c slightly crumbled potato chips or one of the following goldfish crackers chow mein noodles can French fried onions

Directions

  1. In 1-quart casserole blend soup and milk
  2. Stir in tuna egg and peas
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes Top with potato chips etc and bake 5 minutes longer
  4. Makes 3 to 5 servings
