Tuna Fish And Mushroom Canapes
Ingredients
- 1 tsp finely chopped onions
- 4 Tbsp chopped mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 23 c milk
- 3 Tbsp sharp cheese grated
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c tuna fish
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp paprika
- 24 rounds of toast
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions
- Fry onions and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes
- Blend in flour
- Add milk gradually heat to boiling
- Remove from heat Stir in cheese egg yolks tuna and seasoning
- Allow to cool spread on toast
- Cover with bread crumbs and brown in oven
