Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 23 c milk
  • 3 Tbsp sharp cheese grated
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c tuna fish
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp paprika
  • 24 rounds of toast
  • buttered bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Fry onions and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes
  2. Blend in flour
  3. Add milk gradually heat to boiling
  4. Remove from heat Stir in cheese egg yolks tuna and seasoning
  5. Allow to cool spread on toast
  6. Cover with bread crumbs and brown in oven
