Tuna Fish Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp melted margarine
  • 12 c chopped celery
  • 12 soup can water
  • 1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c coarsely broken crackers

Directions

  1. Melt margarine and stir in 12 of the crackers
  2. Add the other ingredients
  3. Mix
  4. Pour into a Pyrex or other glass dish top with remaining 12 cup crackers
  5. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 400
