Tuna Fish Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp melted margarine
- 12 c chopped celery
- 12 soup can water
- 1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c coarsely broken crackers
Directions
- Melt margarine and stir in 12 of the crackers
- Add the other ingredients
- Mix
- Pour into a Pyrex or other glass dish top with remaining 12 cup crackers
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 400
