Tuna Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 6 12 oz cans tuna drained
  • 34 c stuffed olives chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chives or onions chopped
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 14 c cold water
  • 1 c mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients mix well
  2. Soften gelatin in water
  3. Stir in mayonnaise
  4. Fold into tuna mixture and pour into a 6-cup oiled mold
  5. Chill until firm
  6. Unmold on a bed of watercress
  7. Serve on small plates with forks
  8. Yield Serves 6 to 8
