Tuna Paprika

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 7 oz cans tuna fish
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 c sweet or sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp sherry

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet and cook garlic onions and peppers Drain tuna and shred into skillet with vegetables
  2. Mix the paprika and cream together and stir into skillet
  3. Stir in the sherry and heat thoroughly
  4. Serve with spinach noodles or over rice
