Tuna Paprika

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 7 oz cans tuna fish
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 c sweet or sour cream
- 1 Tbsp sherry
Directions
- Melt butter in a skillet and cook garlic onions and peppers Drain tuna and shred into skillet with vegetables
- Mix the paprika and cream together and stir into skillet
- Stir in the sherry and heat thoroughly
- Serve with spinach noodles or over rice
