Tuna Pie
Ingredients
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 small or 1 large can tuna
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cook onion and celery in butter for 10 minutes
- Add flour stir until smooth
- Add soup salt and pepper cook until thick stirring constantly
- Take off heat stir in drained tuna
- Chop eggs stir in
- Pour into small greased casserole top with buttered crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
