Tuna Pot PieServes 6

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 2-crusts refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 12 12 oz can tuna drained
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas and carrots
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 10 34 oz can cream of potato or cream of mushroom soup
  • 13 c milk
  • 12 tsp poultry seasoning or dried thyme

Directions

  1. Line 9-inch pie pan with one crust
  2. Set aside
  3. Combine remaining ingredients salt and pepper to taste
  4. Pour filling into pie pan
  5. Top with second crust
  6. Seal and crimp edges
  7. Slit top of crust to vent
  8. Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown
