Tuna Pot PieServes 6
Ingredients
- 1 pkg 2-crusts refrigerated pie crust
- 1 12 12 oz can tuna drained
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas and carrots
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of potato or cream of mushroom soup
- 13 c milk
- 12 tsp poultry seasoning or dried thyme
Directions
- Line 9-inch pie pan with one crust
- Set aside
- Combine remaining ingredients salt and pepper to taste
- Pour filling into pie pan
- Top with second crust
- Seal and crimp edges
- Slit top of crust to vent
- Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown
