1 box smoked turkey slices 2 boxes for bigger casserole
1 pkg stuffing mix Stove Top bread
1 can cream of mushroom soup dilute with small amount of water
1 onion chopped
13 c butter or margarine may use more or less depending on preference
2 stalks celery chopped
Directions
Saute onion and celery in butter Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions Cut turkey slices in half Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch casserole dish arrange in dish alternating stuffingturkey slices
May use double 12 slices if desired stands up better
Dilute mushroom soup with 14 to 12 cup milk and pour over top of casserole
Bake at 350 uncovered for approximately 30 minutes
