Ingredients

• 1 to 2 c leftover turkey or chicken diced
• your favorite mashed potatoes
• 1 jar Heinz or Pepperidge Farm turkey gravy

2. Remove neck and giblets from cavities rinse turkey and wipe dry
3. Rub body cavity lightly with salt if roasting unstuffed
4. Cook neck and giblets for broth for flavoring dressing and for giblet gravy
