Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
- 14 c melted butter
- 14 c flour
- 12 pt cream Pet milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c water
- 1 c Minute rice
- 2 eggs boiled and diced
- 3 Tbsp onion chopped
- 12 c celery chopped
- 2 c turkey diced
- 12 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Blend flour and butter in a large pan
- Add cream soup salt and water
- Cook over low heat stirring to thicken
- Fold in remaining ingredients
- Grease a 2-quart casserole
- Top with bread crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
