Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

  • 14 c melted butter
  • 14 c flour
  • 12 pt cream Pet milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 c water
  • 1 c Minute rice
  • 2 eggs boiled and diced
  • 3 Tbsp onion chopped
  • 12 c celery chopped
  • 2 c turkey diced
  • 12 c bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Blend flour and butter in a large pan
  2. Add cream soup salt and water
  3. Cook over low heat stirring to thicken
  4. Fold in remaining ingredients
  5. Grease a 2-quart casserole
  6. Top with bread crumbs
  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
