Turkey Crunch Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 c diced cooked turkey or chicken
- 2 hard-cooked eggs chopped
- 1 c 4 oz sliced mushrooms
- 34 c diced celery
- 12 c slivered blanched almonds
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 34 c Miracle Whip
- 1 small can chow mein noodles for topping
Directions
- Mix together turkey eggs mushrooms celery almonds and onion
- In another bowl mix together the soup and Miracle Whip Toss with the turkey mixture and turn into a two-quart casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Top with chow mein noodles
