Turkey Goulash
Ingredients
- 12 oz turkey cooked and cubed
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp onion powder
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 1 16 oz can whole tomatoes chopped
- 2 c tomato juice
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 4 oz can mushroom pieces with liquid
- artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp sugar
- 2 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
Directions
- Combine turkey seasonings tomatoes juice green pepper onion flakes sweetener and mushrooms with liquid
- Bring to a boil
- Add macaroni and continue to boil uncovered until macaroni absorbs all of the juice and is tender about 20 minutes Divide evenly
- Serves 4
