Turkey Keema
Ingredients
- 1 c ground turkey
- 34 c grated onion
- 12 tsp ground garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 12 tsp cumin seeds
- 12 tsp ground coriander
- 12 tsp red chili powder
- 1 Tbsp salad oil
- salt to taste
- 2 to 3 c water
Directions
- Heat oil and fry onion until golden brown
- Add ginger and garlic fry for a few more minutes
- Add ground turkey tomatoes and all the spices fry for a few more minutes
- Add 2 to 3 cups water and cook until turkey is tender and gravy is thick
