Turkey Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Stove Top seasoning
- 1 small onion
- 12 c Stove Top dressing
- 14 c butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 34 c milk
- 34 c water
Directions
- Mix together ground turkey egg Stove Top seasoning onion and Stove Top dressing
- Make small meat balls
- Brown slowly in butter
- Drain
- Add flour to drippings
- Stir until smooth Remove from heat and add milk and water
- Cook and stir slowly until gravy is smooth
- Add meatballs to gravy
- Simmer 10 minutes Makes 6 servings
